Charles River Rugby Gives Back at Cradles to Crayons

During our volunteer visit we sorted through donated clothes at Cradles to Crayons Giving Factory. Our job was to create outfits for specific age groups and put them together in clothing packs. In just two hours we were able to help over 140 kids. Individual Rats also donated much needed items, such as hygiene products for babies. More

At the USA Rugby regional playoffs, hosted in Albany, NY, on May 16th & 17th, the Rats defeated Beantown Rugby by a single point, 20-19, to advance to the national round of 16. Women Finish in Top 16 in Country for DII

The Charles River women's team capped off a great 2014-2015 season with a fantastic playoff weekend.  They headed to Albany for the USA Rugby/NERFU CR3 DII playoffs on May 16 to pick up on their 2nd place finish from the Fall.  Facing hometown opponent Beantown WRFC, the Lady Rats fought a blood-pumping game full of heart to come away with the win.  ...
