It’s time to start kicking our training for the Spring into high gear. Join us at the Flight Performance & Fitness for some great fitness training. This awesome weight and circuit workout will bust our butts to help us get River Fit.
This workout is open to everyone in the River family – players, Old Girls/Boys, family, and friends. There is a cap of 25 participants for the workout. Contact John Gill if you want to join.
